You don't need to use an access key again, just enter in the same email and password to play.

Your account (to which that access key is associated) is stored on ANets servers. The thing you download is just the client that allows you to access and play on those servers. There is no need to use your access key again if you've already added it to your account. Just put in your account details on your computer like you would on your dads laptop and it'll be fine.

Having said that, don't lose those access keys! If you have any problems with your account in the future, those access keys are the only means of proving your "ownership" of the account.

Have you added the account code from the complete collection to your Nightfall enabled account, or did you create a new account with this?

If you did the former, then you should be able to access the whole of the game with the login you had from the Nightfall only account and move your characters between these chapters. Easiest way to check is if you have a free character slot, go make a new character and see where it will let you start from.

If you did the latter, then congratulations, you now have 2 accounts, which will have their own set of login email and password. The two can't be combined (well not without some serious grovelling to support and a lot of luck) so you won't be able to move your original characters out of Nightfall.

If you did neither, then there should be an account code awaiting in your complete collection box ready to be added to an existing account, or used to create a new account.

yes i have added the code to the complete collection but will that work making another character and seeing where i start cos i go to options and it says on the top of the screen "this game is authorized to play all of the lot" so if i make another character then it should work, i have loads of character slots left does that mean it worked.

You have 8 character slots now, where as you use to only have 4? Then yes, you've successfully added the Complete Collection key to your account.
